pulau semakau was quite fun la !

so crystal came my hse at 11.30?
ate and then went sch.
got out of my house at only 12pm.
so we are like late alr?
but we still dilly-dally..

reached sch.. boarded bus.. then went marina south pier :D
reached there earlier then 4e..
so we walked ard the pier..
went to 3rd floor, sky garden.
took pictures XD
super funny.
then went down, boarded ferry to semakau landfill (:
reached there, then took bus ride ard the island.
alighted at semakau's recreational area and took photos !
class photos were GREAT la !
then bused back to the admin office.
went to the conference rm to watch the video.
then ferried back to marina south pier.
played "game" at 3rd floor, sky garden..
then took some pictures AGAIN..
and bused back to sch :D
then went hawker eat stingray with crystal !
later meihua came to find us.
then she told me tat her leg got red spots..
i jumped away upon seeing the spots la.
cos i thot was chicken pokeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee !

but later they say was not?

here's wad i learned about semakau landfill:
- its 350hectares big;
- 6.3million metres'cube;
- currently there is 2 phases;
- phase 1 which has 11cells is now being used;
- the landfill can last us, sgp, at most, until yr2045;
after that, the land will be handed to land authority,
to either build other things or stuffs.
and we, sgp'oreans will have to generate zero waste, rubbish.
sounds absurd?
ya, but tats the truth la..
- another reason for the large increase in waste,
is due to the rapid and fast developing singapore.
industrialization also cause lots of pollution and generated wastes..
- another thing which i learned is that,
sgp generates more of its revenue from exporting oil,
although sgp dun have any oil as its natural resources.
sgp bought crude/raw oil from other country(store at pulau sebarok)
and refine at a island called pulau bukom..
and then, they sell it to other countrys like china and ?
- to add on, sgp has 3islands used for military reasons.
for example, training fighter jets or firing missles.
we witnessed the fighter jets today.
was damm nice la.. their turns was duper SHARP :D
